Mosiah 29:32
I find it interesting that Mosiah lists the ruling of a king as inequality. The king has power over the people, but the sins of the people can be answered upon the king’s head if he allows or encourages sin. Mosiah desired that the land be established in liberty and equality such that each man could choose for himself and no man would be responsible for the sinful actions of another. His desire was that this system remain so long as their posterity was to be found inthis promised land.
