Alma 5:8-9
This group of people were awakened to their situation and found hemselves encircled by the chains of death and yet they were not destroyed because of the mercy of God. He loosed the bands of death and the chains of he’ll and they were freed. In their freedom they began to sing the song of redeeming love – they sang the praises of their creator and their redeemer. We will all learn their song unless we choose to remain bound by the bands of death and hell, subject only to injustice by denying mercy.
