Alma 5:24
Those who remain filthy cannot dwell with those who have been cleansed from all unrighteousness such as Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the revered fathers of the covenant people of the Lord. The reason for this is that those who are cleansed are those who have prepared themselves for salvation to eternal life. To suppose that the filthy or unprepared soul can sit and enjoy all the blessings with those who have put in the work to prepare themselves for such glory you would have to believe that God was a liar; for either you knew His word and believe that He lied or you do not know His word and do not have any concept of justice or eternal glory. Those who are filthy must dwell with he who is the father of filthiness.
