2 Nephi 27
Nephi says that the gospel will come forth in a day when the ears of the deaf shall hear and the eyes of the blind shall see. I looked up Braille and Sign Language. Sign Language has been used since as early as the 1500’s but did not really get established until 1750 (70 years before the first vision). Braille was developed in 1821. Talk about literal and timely fulfillment.
