It seems totally appropriate that a vision would come while pondering the Atonement of Christ. I love the clarity of this vision on the order of the preaching of the gospel in the Spirit World.
While those who have received the gospel in this life will have a continuation of work before them, there are certainly those ministers of other religions who, upon arriving in the spirit world, will want to continue sharing their understanding of the gospel. They might disagree with the modern Latter-day Saints they might meet who are preaching among the spirits, but if they are honest in heart they could be given the chance to hear the testimony of the truth from Daniel or Isaiah whom they believe from their Biblical writings. Thus the honest in heart will gladly and greatfully receive the truth in the world of spirits by the testimony of those whom they already believed in mortality.
