Mosiah 1
I just realized the significant fact that the words on the small plates of Nephi (everything before Words of Mormon) was given to us without abridgment and without the benefit of a prophet writing specifically for our day. I also realize that the combined people of Mosiah and Zerahemla were called Nephites because none except descendants of Nephi were their kings, and yet they only had a total of 3 kings as a unified people.
