I’m sure that Abinadi was praying for Alma quite fervently as he heard Noah command his servants to catch and kill Alma. Also, I had failed to notice before that Abinadi specifically prophesied of the death by Fire for Noah as well as prophesying that the descendants of the priests would cause others to be put to death by fire for their belief in Christ.
