Alma 39 – 40
I wonder why Alma was so interested in the question of what happens to the souls of men between death and the resurrection. It sounds like this is a personal interest of his that is not dependent on answering the questions of his son. Is it possible that his own rebellion as a youth was fueled by this issue because of the death of someone he loved?
