The all-nighter went better than expected – I actually got two or more hours of sleep between midnight and 6:30 am. Enoch was constipated and yelled about it from 3:30 to 5:00 so at 6:30 I turned him over to Laura and ran out for some prune juice. Thankfully through the entire night I never got cross or frustrated with him, even during the 90 minute sob-fest (which woke Savannah and Alyssa). Thus began a very long day. I took the kids to 72nd South to meet Marsha and trade cars. She took the three middle kids all day while I went to work and then we met at 4:00 again to trade back. Now that dinner is over I’m headed back to bed again at 6:00. While last night was not bad, I hope that we don’t have to do this for too long before Enoch is straightened out. Laura tells me that he was awake more during the day today than had been usual previously for him (and he slept more last night than has been the norm – maybe we’re already making progress.
