Moroni 10
This takes place at least 110 years after Mormon was born so Moroni is probably between 75 and 90 years old and has spent the last 35 years living on his own. During that time he has observed the Lamanites as their culture stabilized (to whatever degree) without being defined by a competing nation (the Nephites previously).
What a magnificent final testimony and invitation to those who he would not see who would receive his words. All the prophets before him had someone to pass the work to, but Moroni had only to commend it to the protection of the Lord.
