Ether 12 – 13
I wonder how ether came out of captivity. Was it an open captivity such as being exiled to a quarantined area of land or was it a prison that he was released from? If prison I suspect he was released based on his lack of any interest in ruling (he was in captivity only because of his royal parentage).
When Moroni says here that Christ showed himself unto some but not unto the world I had always thought about the Gentiles He did not visit. I realize now that Moroni is referringto those people who did not see Him during His three days among the Nephites.
