It is interesting to think that the priests also served in the CPA itu of doctors to a small degree. The Lord taught Moses and Aaron how to recognize leprosy and that knowledge was undoubtedly passed on to future priests. In fact, such knowledge was probably shared with anyone who would care to learn about it.
The Lord specifically said that baldness alone did not make a person unclean.
