2 Kings 6
The miracles of Elisha seem to come often for trivial reasons. He does not call down fire from heaven to convince the people to worship the Lord rather than Baal, instead he multiplies oil so that a widow can pay her debts or he causes an axe to float so that the man who borrowed it will be able to return it.

It is the gathering one by one such as President Monson does as opposed to the more visible and large-scale works such as Elijah or President Hinkley (doubling the number of operatic temples in a scant 3 years) are known for.
