3 Nephi 18
It is interesting to me that Christ should even talk about leaving the Nephites to visit yet other sheep before He had instituted the sacrament among them. My best guess would be that the sacrament was only meant for those who had been baptized by the authority He had bestowed upon the disciples and thus far nobody had had sn opportunity to be so baptized.
We are commanded to invite all to come and both see and feel.
Christ did not Telly he disciples to for I’d the sacrament to those who were unbaptized but only to those who were unworthy to be baptized.
