Nehemiah 11
The people assigned one tenth of their population to live in Jerusalem while the rest of them lived throughout the rest of the land according to their lineage. This reminds me of the prophecy that in the millennium everyone who lives in Jerusalem will be called holy because only the righteous will be able to live there. I’m not suggesting that this was the same but it does remind me of that.
