Psalms 51 – 53
This is interesting to see David’s thoughts after his sins related to Bathsheba. He says “take not thy holy spirit from me” when the fact is that he had already taken himself away from the Holy Ghost. I wonder if he was still too spiritually anesthetized to recognize that the spirit of God was already gone from his life at that time.
