The Jews ruling over those who were previously their oppressors has certainly been happening during the last half century.
I can’t help but think of men such as Saddam Hussein when I read this description of how the great oppressor of Babylon will be regarded when he has been cut down. I’m not sure that is a fulfillment of this but it is a type of the fulfillment.
