3 Nephi 21
I believe that now is the time that Christ had in mind regarding the His words being brought to the seed of Israel in this land. I had previously thought that it was when the gospel was first restored because of the efforts of the early saints to spread the gospel among the Native Americans but as I think about it, the gospel was still. Sing established and their reach among the seed of Joseph was minuscule. Now we are beginning to reach them in vast numbers and I do not think it will be long before the conditions are set when they will be able to go through and trample the Gentiles because of their wickedness.
It sounds like we must build New Jerusalem as a gathering place where many of those whom we welcome will be the seed of Lehi.
