Jeremiah 14
As I understand it, Jeremiah prayed for rain and was to,d that there would be no rain because of the wickedness of the people. In other words, unlike Nephi he did not ask for the rain to stop but in answer to his prayer that Lord told him why there would be no rain.
When Lehi began preaching in Jerusalem there were many prophets preaching repentance but earlier in the ministry of Jeremiah there were many false prophets preaching peace to the wicked people.
