Matthew 1
The lineage of Christ goes through Tamar who played the role of a harlot with Judah when he would not allow her to exercise her right to marry his third son. Specifically it goes thought the child that she conceived while doing so. It also goes through Bathsheba and David. I think this is another evidence of the fact that the Lord is able to take sin and turn it to our benefit.

I always wonder how difficult it was for Joseph to sort through the confusion upon discovering that Mary was with child.
