The bill of divorcement was a legal document. It probably specified what the wife was allowed to take with her.
I believe the disciples rebuked those who brought the little children because the children are curious and playful with Jesus when the disciples felt that He had serous work to do.
When speaking to the Twelve Apostles Christ was quite explicit at times concerning what was to befall Him.
What the Savior said about sitting in places of glory was that those who would serve the children of God as He did would be prepared to infant those places and that the apostles were those who were called to be servants to all.
How natural was the exercise of faith into miracles for Christ? I have always assumed that it was quite natural but I wonder if it was a matter of practice for Him just as it is for us.
