Luke 12
The rich man should have been thinking about the best way to make use of his goods rather than simply how to store them for his use. Likewise we should take whatever we are blessed with and look at it through the lens of “how do I best make use of this to do what the Lord would have me do” rather than “how can I preserve and expand my wealth” (often with the disclaimer that when I get enough wealth I will be able to serve the Lord full time through a mission of some kind).
