This sounds like the logic of the statement that children born in the new and everlasting covenant will always be saved eventually. I think that depends heavily on a broad definition of what it means to be saved.

The contents related to the root and branches of tame and wild olive trees intermingling and being cross-grafted sound like it might be based on a cultural familiarity with the allegory given by Zenos.
