Galatians 5 – 6
We should be as conscious with the works of the flesh (adultery, formication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, and revellings) as we are with the fruits of the Spirit (love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance). Both lists help us recognize whether we are following the flesh or the Spirit in our lives.

If we do well we shall reap good things unless we abandon doing good things.

Apparently there were those in Galatia who wanted converts to be circumcised to demonstrated how many converts they had among the people.
