2 Nephi 25
I’m a bit confused about the sequence here. Nephi days that the marvelous work will take place after the Jews have come to believe in Christ. Then he says that they will come to believe “these things” (meaning the things he is writing) and then the Lord shall begin to restore them from their list and fallen state. Perhaps some began to believe in Christ (the beginnings of groups of what we call Messianic Jews) and then these words were brought forth so that others of The house of Israel could believe and understand that they were of the house of Israel also (like early Native American converts) and then the Lord began restoring the Jews from their list and fallen state.
