President Walker: as he shared the quote by Orson F. Whitney about how the eye of the good shepherd is always upon the children of faithful parents when they wander and they will eventually feel the tentacles of divine Providence pulling them back I realized that this applies to those who wander but that those who are knowingly and actively rebelling may choose to ignore those tentacles pulling on them. Those who are simply wandering will be pulled in by that love eventually.
