Elder Andersen once spoke to the youth of our stake and told them to begin working on something that required repentance. “We all need repentance, grow up and face it.”

Home teaching is priesthood compassionate service (I believe this is a quote from President Monson.)

Elder Oaks spoke about two lines of communication (priesthood line & personal line), President Jackson compared those to the upper and lower lights on a lighthouse. When the two line up we know that the way is safe ahead.
Sunday School:
I like how Jeanette Harris brought up being burdened by depression or care as one way of being lost, not simply going inactive.
Some Bible scholar said “little did the Pharisees recognize that {the year of} one truly humble and repentant sinner then the loveless formalism of a thousand Pharisees.”
