Dissensions under Benjamin

I never paid attention before to the record that there were many dissensions to there Lamanites from among the people ruled by Benjamin. If we were to look at the history of the people in the Americas outside these prophetic records the spiritual ebb and flow as well as the political/social changes among the various groups would be much less noticeable.
