He hath no form nor comeliness

When Isaiah said that Christ would have no curb nor comeliness that we should desire Him he meant that the Messiah wouldn’t match the preconceived expectations of the people. If they looked for a political/military Messiah they would be disappointed. If they looked for a zealous/fanatical Messiah they wouldn’t find Him. (Despite the fact that He kept the law perfectly.)
