As though there had been no redemption

Amulek testifies that aside from being resurrected, the wicked experience post-mortal life as if there had been no redemption because they receive no benefit from the atonement beyond being resurrected. I wonder if that is absolutely true or if there are degrees of benefit where they receive some benefit for subs they may have rejected while feeling the weight of Justice for others they have clung to. Either way, without abandoning ask sin and turning themselves over to Christ and the power of His Atonement they cannot be saved in the celestial kingdom even if they receive partial credit for lasting aside some sins.
