Seer Stones

I always assumed that the seer stones were from the 16 stones that the brother of Jared fashioned to be used as lights with the power of God. Considering that he was told to seal up those seer stones I conclude that either two more stones were given for light or else the seer stones were not from among the 16 that he had molten.
