Today was another anxious day for Laura. She choose to spend more time alone and working on some personal things. Time may tell if that was the right decision or not.
I found out that the post office supposedly tried to deliver Laura’s ring on Monday but couldn’t get anyone who could sign for it. I feel like that didn’t actually happen due to the crazy weather and that they just left a note making that claim – which note never made it to me. Thankfully I thought to check on the order as saw the tracking number to get the information. I picked the rung up after work and it fits. Tomorrow I hope to go to Park City to drop it off for engraving.
We had a good meeting with Bishop and Sister Bleak tonight she I felt like we finally figured out a solid direction for finding child care. Isaac and I also had a very good visit with Dr. Empey in which Dr. Empey has Isaac describe his experience surrounding Laura’s suicide attempt which called our previously scheduled meeting. He also did a great job of explaining to Isaac how the real cause of Laura’s action was ask about her feelings and not his actions. He also explained that while the were things Isaac could do to make things easier at home the is nothing anyone can do to fully prevent such mental distortion in people with mental illnesses.
