I woke up this morning to a driveway with 4 inches of snow again. Thankfully it had fallen late enough in the evening that the were no footprints or tire tracks to try shoveling up. That meant that everything came up clean and the driveway was actually clear when I finished rather than just much cleaner add it had been so many times this winter. By getting up promptly I was able to finish whereas if I had slept in I would have missed the bus after shoveling.
I did a lot of running errands this evening but unlike yesterday I also got to visit Laura before bedtime.
