It is natural that churches run by men who can do no miracle would claim that God is no longer a God of miracles. Most of the time those spiritual leaders teaching such things honestly believe in their work and have reasonably concluded that the Lord is no longer doing His work – having already accomplished it – since He is clearly not doing His work through them the way He had done in earlier ages.
