Stewardship

I always think of Alma preaching to the unbelievers but it is clear here that he is preaching to the people of the church. As I think about it I realize that our best work is when we focus our efforts within the scope of our stewardship. Alma preaching to the people of the check makes the church stronger and makes the church set a better example to those outside the church. Likewise we have more effect for good when we focus on setting our own house in order than if we try to fix those around us.
