I said yesterday that we showed the house three times and expected at least one offer from that. We showed it three more times today. One was a daughter whose parents came yesterday and they indicated that she was likely to make an offer near our asking price based on what she had heard already about the house. The realtor of another indicated that she was working up an offer from them. The third was the daughter of the realtor and the realtor told me the best offer she could afford and allied if it would be too low for consideration – it was $30,000 higher than the one offer we had received from the showings yesterday and right about the price we had come to conclude was likely our best outcome. We hope to have a few official offers forwarded to you tomorrow and if at least one is the price that she said was the best she could do we will be confident in our ability to accept the offer and find a house we can afford.
This is much more activity and looks to offer many more options than we could have guest as we dated and prayed to get the house sold.
