Reason for hope

I can see where Pahoran would see the greatness in Moroni and have reason to hope that Moroni would still side with him despite the censure in his epistle. Moroni said that he would work with any who had a spark of desire for freedom. Pahoran knew that he was such a man even if Moroni had cause from afar to question it.
