Closed, but work to do yet

I got to sign the closing papers this afternoon. Since nothing can be Smith, I had the wrong address for the title company so the signing began 20 minutes late – after I could arrive at the correct location. It was, thankfully pretty smooth at that point. When I finished I found that I had an email asking me to help if possible in getting Dominion to confirm my prior emolument dates. I guess I’ll keep tracking that down although it can’t actually stop this loan or this purchase unless someone wants to sue. Our remodeling I’d a little more expensive than we had hoped and will start later but we’ll live through getting us the things we want.
