First thing in the morning I went to check on Coconut and found that she had escaped. Since it was her first night she has no connection to our house so there was no way to expect that she was bound to return. When I got home from work she was still gone with no sign. Who wasn’t gone was Amber LeBaron. She visited Alyssa and Mariah last night and apparently most of today. They cooked, played at the park, talked makeup, and watched The Great Race by the time Amber left at 10:30. I hope her parents knew she was over here. Around 8:30 PM as Isaac was on his way home from Highland Glen Park he saw Coconut sitting on the side of the road about two houses down from us. She is now safely in her cage inside the house. We’ll work to get her acclimated to the yard before we leave her out overnight.
