The three Nephites had a change wrought in their bodies so that they couldn’t feel pain nor be tempted. They could only feel sorrow for the sins of the world and I am confident that they could feel joy in righteousness around them. I’m that state of immunity from the frailties of mortality they would have the capacity to do things to further the work that no mortal could undertake.
