Trampoline

When Laura asked which trampoline I thought we should buy I chose the one with green pads because I didn’t want one with blue pads like every other trampoline on the planet. Laura let the kids vote and they chose the blue pads.

The trampoline arrived today and when I got home the kids were putting the trampoline together. It was impressive how far they had gone with no help, just the directions that it came with. The “blue” pads had a slightly people hue to them that I really like – they’re not like every other trampoline we see.

Laura and I enjoyed a nice dinner with the adults for Andy’s 50th birthday and when my dinner was still not served after almost everyone else people started to feared it would be Los Hermanos all over again. (The last time the adults went out to eat, for Marsha’s birthday, my order was forgotten and my meal was served in a to-go box as we left the restaurant at 9PM.) Thankfully I got my meal and then finished it before anyone else so there was something new to joke about. The waiter even came and asked if I needed a box for my empty plate.

Overall it was a very nice evening.
