I notice that the Lord claims the people of Ammonihah as His even though they reject Him as their God. They are His because they inherited the land and it’s promises that He had given to their fathers.
We should be careful in judging who belongs to the Lord because He is not known for turning His back on people even when His anger is not turned away.
