Those who will happen to the voice of the good Shepherd may have hope in Christ. Alma heard Abinadi and harkened. Others heard sons and harkened. In every case, those who would harken had a change of heart so that they could sing the song of the redeeming love of Christ. That is the invitation that Alma the younger is extending to those who hear his words.
