I love how Moroni makes it so clear that those who reject Christ and His gospel would need more uncomfortable living with God and feeling their guilt at rejecting Christ than they would living with the tormented should in hell. We would not be happy enjoying higher blessings for eternity while feeling like hypocrites because we know that we rejected the basis for those blessings.
Whatever our eternal reward it will be the station which is most comfortable for us.
