The Lord tells the people that “if ye receive not the Spirit ye shall not teach.” I’m that case, what should they do when they receive not the Spirit? My guess would be either to move on our to do something (other than teach) in the hills of receiving the Spirit.
The Lord says that “the idler shall not wear the clothes or east the bread of the laborer.” We need to remember that not having a job is not the same as being an idler.
