This really struck me tonight because I am seeing the fruits of the example my children have seen. They have not noticed much of the constant work and trying to hold things together. They have seen the and l explosive anger and frustration. It’s no wonder that Isaac hates me and that he is entrenched in trying to denounce my authority. I’ve been trying to be more loving to him and not available when he wants my time and attention but it will be a long road to let him heal. I will strive to stay calm as I bear his anger.
