I never appreciated the boldness of Peter after Christ ascended to heaven the way I do now. He had learned the Jessica Christ taught and heeded the charge to “feed My sheep.”
Likewise I had failed to recognize the similarities between the early converts to Christ and the Nephites after the sermon by King Benjamin when they entered a covenant with God.
