No cause to stumble

Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way.

Romans 14:13

This is such good counsel. Most of the time it is not our place to judge. Outside of specific situations we should refrain from judging our fellow men. (Parents sometimes need to judge children, it’s part of the job. Bishops are called to judge as part of their service.) Instead we should accept and appreciate whatever good they have to offer and avoid partaking of anything that is not good for us.
