The only thing that matters

Paul can’t hammer home enough that things like circumcision are meaningless after Christ has come. The only thing that matters with the advent of the new covenant is the relationship with Christ. Where we came from (or are coming from) is unimportant so long as we are headed toward Christ and accepting Him as the only source of salvation.
