Savannah got officially engaged today. We saw her and Aaron yesterday while we were in Logan for the pumpkin walk. Aaron took the opportunity while Savannah was playing with the kids to ask if we were okay with them getting engaged and let us know that he intended to propose today. He even showed us the ring. It was great talking with him during our time there and I look forward to getting to know him better.
When Savannah sent pictures of him proposing I wondered how they had a photographer with them and not make her suspicious. Apparently Aaron had suggested that they take fall photos together the way she and her roommates had dinner last week so that gave them the excuse to dress up in coordinated outfits and she expected a photographer—no suspicions raised. Genius.
